Refund Policy

All fees associated with initial consultations, strategy sessions, and custom proposal development are non-refundable.
Payments made for digital products, such as eBooks, templates, and other downloadable content, are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Deposits or retainers paid to secure our services, including but not limited to, branding, web design, SEO optimization, content creation, and other custom projects, are non-refundable.


2. Process

Refund Requests:
Clients who believe they are eligible for a refund under exceptional circumstances should submit a written request via email to info@brandbeat-agency.com detailing the nature of the request, including any supporting documentation.
The request must clearly outline the reasons for dissatisfaction and provide any relevant proof of unmet deliverables, if applicable.
Our team will review the request and provide a response within 10 business days. However, as stated, the services listed above are generally non-refundable.


3. Timeframe

Request Submission Window:
Any refund request, if applicable under special circumstances, must be submitted within 14 days of the service completion date. Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.

  • Retainers and Deposits: Any deposit or retainer paid to secure our services is non-refundable. These payments are necessary to allocate resources and begin work on your project.

  • Custom Projects: All custom work, including branding, web design, and other tailored services, is non-refundable once the project has started, as these are personalized to meet the client’s specific needs.
